Let the van den Broeck’s treat you to a few days of adventure Swedish style. Kick off with some horse riding and gentle hiking through the forest; cycle along country lanes with silence in the air; canoe across a lake and soak up each day’s experience in a hot tub at the end of the day

GJESTGIFVERI SOMMARHAGEN

Surrounded by lakes and forest, this former vicarage dating from the 17th century has been painstakingly restored and refurbished by the van den Broeck family. The 9 rooms here have all been recently renovated and have their own WC/shower and the restaurant has a veranda for eating al fresco on a balmy summer evening.

DAY 1 UK-SWEDEN Scheduled SAS flight to Stockholm, self-transfer to city center, train to Mjolby and met on arrival. Check in at Gjestifveri Sommarhagen and dinner.
DAY 2 OSTERGOTLAND Transfer to livery stables and guided ride through the countryside paralleling Lake Sommen. Lunch at the stables and an afternoon walk. Hot tubs and dinner early evening.
DAY 3 OSTERGOTLAND After breakfast, guided bike ride along country lanes before lunch at an activity centre. Afternoon canoeing on the lake. Later that evening, a rather special farewell supper.
DAY 4 OSTERGOTLAND-STOCKHOLM Transfer to station, train to Stockholm and overnight at the hotel Esplanade for 3 nights.
DAY 5 & 6 STOCKHOLM
DAY 7 STOCKHOLM-UK Transfer to Arlanda airport and return flight to UK.
