9.00 Guided tour around the best of the city's bonfires, blowing out the Old Year in Reykjavik's time-honoured manner. Return to hotel.

11.45 Champagne and canapés on hotel 4th floor balcony for fireworks display and midnight countdown.

12.30 Dancing and live music in the hotel's Gullteigur ballroom

2.00 To bed or bar 

1 JAN Optional excursions

2 JAN Morning at leisure before transfer, via the Blue Lagoon for a relaxing bathe. Continue to Keflavik for return flight to the UK.
