HUSKY MUSHING & THE ICE HOTEL

DAY 1 UK – KANGOS Scheduled SAS flights to Kiruna in Swedish Lapland via Stockholm. Private transfer with lunch en route to Kangos where you meet up with your guide/hosts. Briefing around an open fire and when you feel comfortable about things, harness up and mush away into the wilderness. Dinner and overnight in a log cabin

DAY 2 MUSHING Start the day by checking on the dogs, helping with their breakfast and over yours, discussing the trails lying before you. Harness up and mush for 2 to 3 hours with lunch in the wild before continuing to your next overnight cabin. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 MUSHING With the experience of the last two days under your belt, today’s mush will feel as relaxed as that magic moment when learning to drive a car and your foot depressed the clutch without thinking about it. After soup round an open fire you trail through reindeer feeding grounds before reaching your next cabin. Sauna, supper and overnight

DAY 4 KANGOS – UK Short mush back to Kangos and the dog kennels before private transfer to the airport and return flight to the UK OR transfer to the Ice Hotel for a final night in an ice room, leaving for home the following day.
